1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the personal information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, postcode and a description of your enquiry. We do not collect special-category personal data.

3. Why we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote, deliver the services you've requested and follow up after work is completed. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Lawful basis

We process your information on the basis of (a) consent (when you submit our forms), (b) the necessity of taking pre-contractual steps at your request (preparing a quote), and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business.

5. Sharing

We may share enquiry data with our CRM provider, email provider and other essential service providers (data processors) acting on our instructions. We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Retention

Quote enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case we retain related records for up to 7 years to meet HMRC requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
