4. Booking and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure a booking date. Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or other agreed methods. Invoices not paid within the agreed time may be subject to late payment charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before the start date with no charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the agreed start date may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule work in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. adverse weather or illness).

6. Our Commitment to Quality

We aim to carry out all work to a professional standard using high-quality materials. If you are not satisfied, please raise concerns as soon as possible so we can resolve them.

We are fully insured and follow all relevant health and safety guidelines while working on your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care during our work, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to your property or surfaces. Delays due to weather, supplier shortages, or factors beyond our control. Indirect or consequential loss due to service delays or issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, branding) is owned by Craig Halford Painting & Decorating or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
